Users: manage who can access your app

The Users tab is where you see and manage the people who can sign in to your app and what they are allowed to do.

If your app has accounts, the people who sign in are your app users. They are separate from your own Fine Structure account. The Users tab shows who they are and lets you manage their access.

What you can do

• See the list of people who have signed up to your app.
• Give a user a role, such as a normal user or an admin.
• Remove access when someone should no longer be able to sign in.

Role | Typical access

User | Can use the app and see their own data.

Admin | Can manage other users and reach admin-only screens.

Roles drive what each screen shows: You can ask the Studio to show or hide parts of the app based on a user role, so admins and regular users see the right thing.
