Questions people ask

How does WhatsApp work without a business account?

You verify your own number once with a six digit code, then attach a platform number. There is no WhatsApp Business account and nothing to buy.

Can it message the leads themselves?

Only through a channel you connect explicitly in the Studio. By default an agent messages its verified owner and no one else.

Connecting takes about two minutes

  1. Open claude.ai and sign in. A free Claude account is enough; free accounts can add one custom connector.
  2. Go to Settings, then Connectors, choose Browse connectors, and search for Fine Structure. Click Connect.
  3. Sign in with a Fine Structure account (the free tier is enough, no credit card) and approve.
  4. Back in the chat, ask for what you want built. The result is published at a public link.
